Puyallup Tribe to open Tacoma waterfront restaurant

The new restaurant will be built in the space formerly occupied by the old C.I. Shenanigans. A new name is still under consideration.

The Puyallup Tribe has partnered with world-renowned restaurateur Chef Roy Yamaguchi to create a Northwest Indigenous and internationally inspired restaurant scheduled to open in 2023.
