Stowell changes restaurant offering at 2+U tower

Ethan Stowell is building The Victor Tavern in the space to the left, where Tavolata was planned.

Seattle restaurateur Ethan Stowell has changed his plans to open an Italian eatery called Tavolata at the 2+U tower downtown, instead opting for a more modern take called The Victor Tavern.
