Early designs released for new city park at former Bullitt estate

Initial designs were shared at a public outreach meeting on Oct. 15, which Parks said over 100 people attended.

Following the death of local philanthropist Kay Bullitt last summer, her estate bequeathed approximately 1.6-acres to Seattle Parks and Recreation to be turned into a new public park. The plot, at 1125 Harvard Ave. E. on North Capitol Hill, was formerly the Bullitt estate and gardens.
