LIHI closes on three Skyway parcels

SEATTLE — The Low Income Housing institute has closed on three parcels in Skyway that it plans to develop in partnership with nonprofit Childhaven into a mixed-use project called the Skyway Affordable Housing and Early Learning Center.

The parcels are located at 12712, 12724 and 12742 Renton Ave. S. and total 38,149 square feet. The purchase cost was $2 million. The seller was Mycon Real Estate Investment.
