Another Portage Bay for Ballard?

SEATTLE — Popular brunch spot Portage Bay Cafe looks to be planning to open a new location in Ballard at the Ballard Yards Building at 2417 N.W. Market St.

The cafe would occupy 2,303 square feet of currently unoccupied space on the ground level of the mixed-use six-story development which opened last summer. A Building & Land Use pre-application was filed for the project on Feb. 27. Mallet Architecture and Design is the architect.
