New brasserie, lounge opens at Sheraton Grand Seattle

Alder & Ash, a brasserie and lounge serving new American cuisine and craft cocktails, opened Monday at the Grand Sheraton hotel in downtown Seattle. The flagship restaurant, at the corner of Seventh Avenue and Pike Street, takes over space last occupied by the Daily Grill, which shuttered in early 2020, pre-pandemic.
