Mercer Mass Timber ups its ante in the Northwest, buys Structurlam

Structurlam supplied the cross-laminated timber used on the entrance canopies at Eastside Community Center in Tacoma.

Mercer Mass Timber has bought another maker of mass timber products out of bankruptcy — this time Structurlam Mass Timber Corp. In 2021, Mercer bought bankrupt Katerra's cross-laminated timber factory in Spokane Valley for $50 million.
