Ethan Stowell to open climate-conscious chicken shop on Capitol Hill

The company’s first brick-and-mortar location will be on the ground floor of the Sunset Electric apartment building.

Mt. Joy, a new fast-casual chicken sandwich restaurant, is set to open its first brick-and-mortar location this fall, at 1530 11th Ave. on the ground level of Capitol Hill's Sunset Electric apartment building.
