Community Economic Revitalization Board invests $3.2M in three counties

Supported projects include the adaptive reuse of a historic quarry scale house in Spokane into a year-round market space and education kitchen.

At its meeting on Nov. 16, the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) approved $3.2 million in low interest loans and $100,000 in grants for economic development and public infrastructure improvement projects intended to spur business growth and job creation in Lewis, Spokane, and Whitman counties.
