Fried chicken shop opens on Capitol Hill

SEATTLE – Fast casual fried chicken restaurant Mt. Joy has opened on Capitol Hill. The spot opened on the ground level of the Sunset Electric apartment building at 1530 11th Ave., Suite B, on Dec. 1.

Mt. Joy bills itself as the Pacific Northwest's “First ever regenerative-focused restaurant,” and serves farm-to-counter fried chicken sandwiches, sourced, and produced using regenerative practices.
