Constantine to build 81 U District units

Ori Roosevelt is the smaller of two projects planned for the Mazda property.

The master use permit came in December for an apartment project at 4709 Roosevelt Way N.E., once home to Half Price Books. Onelin Capital is working with Hewitt, which designed the seven-story, 81-unit Ori Roosevelt.
