$30.4M awarded for early learning centers

OLYMPIA — The Washington State Department of Commerce, in partnership with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), announced Tuesday it awarded $30.4 million in grants to 42 early learning providers across the state.

The grants will fund acquisition, renovation and construction of 42 early learning facilities to serve nearly 2,500 children across 15 counties.
