$2M in grants to support innovation

OLYMPIA — The state Department of Commerce has announced $2 million in grants to boost manufacturing jobs and economic opportunities across the state, with a focus on rural communities.

Ten projects were awarded $200,000 each through the Evergreen Manufacturing grant program. Together, Commerce says the projects could support up to 526 jobs over the next three years.
