City seeks developer for community center, housing project in Lake City

The old community center was heavily damaged in a fire last year, and was recently demolished.

Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) and the city's Office of Housing today are releasing a request for qualifications from developers for the redevelopment of the Lake City Community Center at 12531 28th Ave. N.E.
