SEATTLE — It's been a tough week for the Seattle Public Library, since a ransomware attack hit its technology systems over the Memorial Day weekend.
Yesterday, SPL offered some updates via its Shelf Talk blog. It says some services remain unavailable, such as access to e-books and e-audiobooks using the Libby app. Patrons still cannot access their library accounts or place new items on hold. There's no wi-fi available at library branches, and public computers, printing and copying are out.
