Marriott International awarded Michael Roussel, assistant general manager, Mereté Hotel Management's Residence Inn, Eugene, the Operations Manager of the Year Award for the Residence Inn brand. This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to guest satisfaction, outstanding service, and a dedication to upholding the highest standards of hospitality. Roussel was chosen out of all the Marriott's Residence Inn locations, more than 850 worldwide, as the recipient of this honor. “We are delighted to honor Michael for their exceptional contributions to our hotel and their unwavering dedication to providing the highest level of service,” said Colleen Arruda, general manager of Residence Inn, Eugene.
