Refreshed Harbor Steps plaza reopens today

The refreshed staircase plaza at Harbor Steps has new seating and three times more landscaped planters.

A multi-phase refresh of the Harbor Steps Apartments' eponymous thoroughfare was recently completed and will officially reopen to the public this afternoon.
