AAA Washington to shut retail locations

BELLEVUE — AAA Washington announced yesterday that it is closing all 12 of its in-person retail locations by July 1, 2025, and transitioning to a fully virtual service model.

The auto club said in a news release that less than 4% of members visit AAA Washington stores in person. The closure is only for AAA retail locations in Washington state and northern Idaho — no other AAA stores outside the region are impacted.
