Shiro's Sushi team's new kappo-style Belltown restaurant set to open today

The focal point of ShoMon’s design is a 14-seat, L-shaped chefs counter, traditional in kappo-style dining.

The team behind Shiro's Sushi plans to open a new prix fixe, kappo-style restaurant today in the Amazon-leased 5th & Bell Building at 2301 Fifth Ave. in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood, just blocks from their original Edomae-style sushi restaurant.
