PitchBook, a data provider for the private and public equity markets, announced executive vice president of research & market intelligence Nizar Tarhuni was named a 2024 Inspiring leader by the Inspiring Workplaces award program in the Senior Leadership category. The award recognizes individuals who go above and beyond to positively impact their organization and the people within it. Tarhuni began his tenure at PitchBook in 2014 as a financial writer, and today leads PitchBook's Market Intelligence department, which is comprised of the PitchBook Institutional Research Group, PitchBook News team, and Publishing department. His team of more than 130 global research analysts and journalists publish data-driven insights spanning the capital markets from PE, VC, and credit, to market trends across established industries and emerging technologies. In addition to overseeing institutional, news and quantitative research, Tarhuni also contributes to planning product and data operations roadmaps and leads market assessments to inform PitchBook's growth strategies. PitchBook has over 3,000 team members globally across offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, London and Singapore.
