New eatery for Wes on Western

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The former AVA Belltown, at 2800 Western Ave., sold this summer to local owners who then dubbed the apartments Wes on Western. The corner restaurant bay, at Broad Street, was then empty. Subway had closed some months before.

Paragon Real Estate, associated with owner HB Management, was then seeking to fill the 1,150 square feet. Now there's a tenant: Indon, run by an Eastside restaurateur.
