Some Sound Transit fares drop March 1

SEATTLE — Starting Saturday, Sound Transit is reducing fares for Sound Transit Express, ORCA regional day passes and ORCA LIFT day passes (used by low-income riders, seniors, and riders with disabilities) to streamline fares across the agency's transportation modes.

Sound Transit Express fares will be lowered from $3.25 to $3, aligning with the new Link light rail fare.
