Ogletree Deakins

Ogletree Deakins added Daniel Crowner to the firm's Seattle office as a shareholder. He joins the firm from Jackson Lewis. Crowner serves as counsel to a wide range of employers, from small businesses to large corporations, in the defense of complex and high-exposure litigation. With a legal career spanning nearly two decades, Crowner is experienced in a myriad of workplace law matters, including disability and reasonable accommodations, unlawful discrimination, family and medical leave, hostile work environment, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and breach of contract. He has experience representing employers before state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Washington state Human Rights Commission, the Washington state Department of Labor and Industries, and the Washington state Employment Security Department. He also handles mediations, alternative dispute resolutions, arbitrations, and workplace investigations. Crowner holds a J.D. from the Seattle University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Washington. Ogletree Deakins is a labor and employment law firm representing management in all types of employment-related legal matters.
