Sound Transit set to vote on Constantine

SEATTLE — The Sound Transit Board is scheduled to vote tomorrow afternoon to appoint its new chief executive officer, with King County Executive Dow Constantine the preferred candidate, recommended by the board's executive committee.

The appointment requires a supermajority vote at a public meeting.
