Adam Cuff and Sharan Singh have joined labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins' Seattle office. Cuff joins as senior counsel. His practice focuses on employment law, and he defends employers in courts and in front of agencies on a wide range of issues from discrimination to compensation. He also advises employers on issues including disability, gender/sex, race/color, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, and veteran discrimination, retaliation, harassment, leave, and wage/hour lawsuits (including class actions) in the federal district and state superior courts in Washington and Oregon as well as charges in the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division, and the Washington Department of Labor & Industries. Cuff earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. Singh recently joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters with an emphasis on labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice hearings. She represents employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Washington Office of Administrative Hearings, the National Labor Relations Board, the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission, and other state and municipal agencies. She earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law.
