Commerce signs MOU with tribes

TULALIP — Last week, the Tulalip Tribes and the state Department of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) establishing government-to-government relations between the tribes and the agency.

Conditions of the agreement include the removal of administrative barriers, improved communications, and the implementation of culturally appropriate data privacy and security measures.
