Frazier Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, announced that Ben Hansen has joined its Center of Excellence as partner — finance and operations. Hansen has over two decades of experience in finance and operations leadership. Frazier's Center of Excellence delivers Fortune 500 talent to its portfolio companies across key areas such as human capital, technology & innovation, data analytics & AI, M&A and corporate development, finance, operations, legal, commercial excellence, and ESG. Prior to joining Frazier, Hansen was the chief financial officer at IMG Academy, where he was responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's financial strategy, operations, and long-term fiscal health. Before IMG Academy, Hansen was the chief financial officer of CPS, a Frazier Fund VIII & IX portfolio company, from 2019 to 2024, where he played a key role in driving financial growth and organizational efficiency. Previously, he served as both chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Avaap, and served for more than a decade at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in scientific research services. Hansen earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Franklin University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
