Commerce launches new financing fund

OLYMPIA — The state Department of Commerce has launched a new loan program, the Revenue-Based Financing Fund (RBF), for small businesses. RBF aims to increase access to capital for small businesses across the state, particularly those that have been historically underserved or underbanked.

Commerce has allocated $13 million for the fund.
