Foster Garvey has added Noah Mikell as an associate in the firm's Litigation practice, based in the Seattle office. Mikellis is an environmental and land use attorney with experience in regulatory matters, permitting and litigation. He most recently served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, where he served in the Land Use Section and Executive Climate Office. Earlier in his career, Noah served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Island County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. He also served as a judicial extern to John V. Acosta of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. He holds a law degree with a concentration in environmental and natural resources law from the University of Oregon School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in Global Studies.
