Omnidian

Omnidian, a Seattle-based provider of comprehensive protection and performance plans for residential and commercial solar and energy-storage assets, has appointed Evan Fein as chief financial officer. Fein brings more than 25 years of experience scaling high-growth technology companies from early stage through IPO and strategic exit. He joins Omnidian after serving as CFO of TextNow. Previously, he was CFO at Chef Software, leading the company through its 2020 acquisition by Progress Software, and at Impinj, where he guided the RFID pioneer to its 2016 Nasdaq IPO. As CFO, Fein will oversee Omnidian's finance, accounting, investor relations, and corporate development functions — with close support from Omnidian's longtime VP of Finance Jordan Heeger —while partnering with the entire executive team to drive continued organic growth and advise on strategic acquisitions. Fein is also the founding chair of the Seattle Tech CFO community and global chair of The F Suite, a national network of senior finance executives. He holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Washington.
