Rainwater

Holland & Knight has expanded its newest office in Seattle with the addition of Austin Rainwater as a partner. Rainwater was previously of counsel with DLA Piper. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, consumer and privacy class actions and insurance bad faith and fraud investigations. Rainwater also has experience advising clients on issues including regulatory compliance, product branding and distribution agreements, and insurance coverage disputes. He received a J.D. degree from Cornell University and a B.A. degree from Whitman College. Holland & Knight is a global law firm with approximately 2,200 lawyers and other professionals in 35 offices worldwide, providing representation in litigation, corporate and finance, real estate, healthcare and governmental matters. In April, the firm announced the opening of its Seattle under the leadership of Scott MacCormack, who joined the firm in January.
