Skagit County updates comp plan, regulations
The Skagit Board of County Commissioners approved updates on June 23 to its Comprehensive Plan and a reorganization of its development regulations.
The updates implement the Comprehensive Plan policy changes and clarify several areas of the code, including setbacks, boundary line adjustments and lot certifications.
