Kirkland-based Compass Construction has hired Victoria Scott, Marija Magoc-Pobric, Mike Vos, Paul Roth, Jacob Treen and Troy Bushmeyer.
Scott has joined the Simon Northgate project team as a project engineer. She was originally hired in the summer of 2024 as a project engineer intern and recently graduated from Washington State University with a B.S in Construction Management.
Magoc-Pobric has joined Compass as a project manager. She has 10 years of experience in the construction industry, primarily working on multifamily mixed-use residential and preconstruction projects. She graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S in Construction Management.
Vos brings over two decades of experience in the construction industry, having progressed from laborer foreman to assistant superintendent, with a strong focus on safety management and field operations. He joins as a field superintendent.
Roth is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project and field operations management. A U.S. Navy veteran, he also holds certifications in emergency medical services and fire officer training. He joins the Tanager project in Seattle as a field superintendent.
Treen has joined Compass as a project engineer. He previously worked in roles ranging from project estimator to coordinator, supporting large-scale commercial projects. He's been assigned to the Trace-Nitze Stagen project in Seattle.
Bushmeyer has rejoined Compass as a superintendent, bringing over 15 years of combined field and construction management experience. He was originally hired in 2017 as an assistant superintendent. He holds a Construction Management Certificate from Renton Technical College.
