From cannabis to chardonnay?

SEATTLE — Following a land sale at 4465 Fremont Ave. N. last December, Lux Pot Shop voluntarily ended its lease with the new ownership.

And the ownership filed a new plan last week with Humphrey Architects for a wine bar to fill the century-old building, which is on the corner of North 45th Street.
