City Council approves changes to help fill vacant storefronts

City Council President Sara Nelson, who helped introduce the bills along with Mayor Bruce Harrell, said this could help reactivate more than 50 small commercial storefronts by 2030.

The City Council on Tuesday approved legislation aimed at helping small businesses fill vacant commercial storefronts.
