Stock market keeps setting records as AI excitement keeps building

NEW YORK — Wall Street keeps setting more records, and excitement about the artificial-intelligence industry keeps leading the way.

The S&P 500 climbed 0.4% to set an all-time high following mixed trading on Monday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 63 points, or 0.1%, while the Nasdaq composite rose 0.7% to its own record.
