New toll rules start Oct. 20 for SR-167

RENTON — New toll rules and driving configurations begin at 5 a.m. Oct. 20 on state Route 167 for the express toll lanes between Renton and Puyallup.

Lanes were striped to make the new toll lanes more consistent with those on Interstate 405. Dashed lines mean drivers can enter and exit the lane; double striped lines mean it's illegal to cross, similar to I-405.
