Arizona sues Temu over data claims

PHOENIX, Ariz. (AP) —Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes is suing online retailer Temu and its parent company PDD Holdings Inc., claiming the Chinese company is stealing customers' data and violating state consumer protection laws.

She announced the lawsuit during a news conference on Tuesday.
