Foster Garvey has promoted Bob Sterbank to principal in the firm's Seattle office. Sterbank has more than 30 years of municipal, land use and litigation experience. He is a veteran city attorney for the city of Snoqualmie, having advised mayors, city council members and other government administrators in cities across the greater Seattle area for nearly a decade. He has been recognized for his leadership by Washington Super Lawyers. He has served as counsel at the firm since May 2023. Sterbank is an active committee member and board member of the Washington State Association of Municipal Attorneys.
