PSQ Peruvian restaurant closes

SEATTLE — Senor Carbon Peruvian Cuisine has closed in Pioneer Square. The Peruvian-fusion restaurant opened in the Emerald City Building at 625 First Ave. in December 2021. It closed in late November.

In a statement on social media the business did not share reasons for the closure, but said, “this is not a goodbye, but simply ‘hasta luego' until we meet again,” implying that the eatery could return in a new location.
