U District units change hands

SEATTLE — An apartment building at 4719 15th Ave. N.E. sold this week for a bit over $6.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Rivendell PropCo LLC, which is associated with University Communities of Denver. It acquired the Rivendell in 2007 for about $6.1 million, then recapitalized the apartments in 2020 for $10 million.
