BelRed open house set for Feb. 23

BELLEVUE — The city of Bellevue is offering an opportunity to weigh in on proposed land-use changes that will guide the future of the BelRed neighborhood at an open house Feb. 23.

The event runs from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the Highland Community Center and is open for drop-in participation. The updates stem from the BelRed Subarea Plan, adopted in 2024, which refreshed the city's long-term vision for BelRed as it continues transforming into a dense, transit-oriented district featuring new housing, jobs, and a growing arts scene.
