Hotel Max gets new eatery

SEATTLE — At downtown's Hotel Max, the Miller's Guild restaurant closed about five years ago. Gibraltar's Laura Miller and Tracy Cornell have since been seeking to fill the corner space at 612 Stewart St., which offers around 2,580 square feet.

This week came a proposal from Public House Management and architect Okano Picard Studio for a new restaurant to fill the space. The plan is currently dubbed Cut Club, a name that may change.
