Skagit board weighs dam agreement

MOUNT VERNON — The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will consider approving a Comprehensive Settlement Agreement tied to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) relicensing of Seattle City Light's three-dam Skagit Hydroelectric Project.

The vote is scheduled for Tuesday at 9 a.m. in the Commissioners' Hearing Room in Mount Vernon.
