Rapha cycles out of Seattle

The shop was one of the Excelsior’s first retail tenants.

Rapha had a good ride, almost a decade, at its handsomely designed Capitol Hill bike shop and cafe. At 301 E. Pine St., its corner location in the Excelsior apartment building faces the bike lanes on Pine, in an area where most renters eschew cars in favor of bicycles, scooters, Lime Bikes and the like.
