Ballmer's new Family Housing Fund offers no interest loans

Journal Staff Reporter

The Bellevue-based Ballmer Group announced this week the Washington Family Housing Fund, a philanthropic partnership with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

The intention is to help build 10,000 additional affordable homes across the state. Strategies are in place to ensure the fund does not compete with existing programs but rather adds new housing stock.
