Commerce eyes GMA rule updates

OLYMPIA — The state Department of Commerce is looking to update the administrative rules for the Growth Management Act as the state implements housing bills passed recently by the state Legislature.

This rulemaking is related to recently enacted legislation regarding housing, permitting and other land use changes.
