Skagit County OKs housing agency plan

MOUNT VERNON — The Skagit County Board of Commissioners voted July 13 to certify the Housing Authority of Skagit County's (HASC) 2026 Public Housing Agency Annual Plan.

The certification is a required step in the annual process through which housing authorities submit plans to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
