Vigor, Samsung join on training center

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Vigor Marine Group and Samsung Heavy Industries have signed a joint development agreement to pursue an advanced maritime training center in the Pacific Northwest.

The effort is part of the launch of the Korea‑U.S. Shipbuilding Partnership Center and is aimed at strengthening the U.S. maritime industrial base.
