New city website offers ADU advice

SEATTLE — Seattle's Office of Planning and Community Development has launched a new resources website for lower- and moderate-income homeowners looking to add housing to their property.

The site, at tinyurl.com/HomeownerDevelopmentSupport, provides links to tools and supports that will help homeowners — particularly legacy homeowners of color — understand, explore, and pursue their options.
